His experiences as a member of the Group have covered a wide range of engagements in the Company's businesses, including international life insurance business, and he has deep experience and knowledge in the life insurance business. In addition, he has deep experience at a financial institution and insight into global insurance regulations and SDGs among others, and has led the sustainability management of the Group as CSuO since April 2023, and he has duly performed his duties as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since June 2023. The Company believes he is qualified to be a director of the board of the Company, and therefore proposes him as a director.
