Reason of appointment

His experiences as a member of the Group have covered a wide range of engagements in the Company's businesses, including asset management business and overseas business, and he has deep experience and knowledge in the life insurance business. In addition, he has led the growth of the Group's business and duly performed his duties as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since June 2020, as CFO since April 2022 and as Representative Director and President (CEO) since April 2023. The Company believes he is qualified to be a director of the board of the Company, and therefore proposes him as a director.
