Great Place To Work® evaluates job satisfaction in the workplace in about 100 countries around the world from perspectives including workplace culture, employee experience, and innovation. The company earned the certification for the first time last year with a score 32 points higher than the typical U.S. company score, and renewed it again this year.

The Golden Peacock Awards for Corporate Leadership and Excellent Organization are prestigious awards with over 30 years of history. Among them, the HR Excellence Award is bestowed upon organizations that have achieved overall excellence in their HR and people management practices, thus contributing to the needs of business, the profession, employees, industry, and the nation. This is the second consecutive year that the company has received the Golden Peacock Award, following last year's Corporate Governance Award.

The Company was selected for inclusion in the FTSE4Good Index Series. The FTSE4Good Index Series is a family of indexes compiled by UK-based FTSE Russell, a global index provider. The index is designed to select companies that meet international standards in risk management relating to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).

The Company was also selected for inclusion in the FTSE Blossom Japan Index, which is designed to measure the performance of Japanese companies that demonstrate strong ESG practices.

MSCI Japan Empowering Women Index (WIN)*2

The Company was selected for inclusion in the MSCI ESG Leaders Indexes and the MSCI Japan Empowering Women Index compiled by American index provider MSCI, Inc.

s&p/jpx carbon efficient index

The S & P / JPX Carbon Efficient Index has TOPIX, which is a representative stock index showing trends in the Japanese market, as its universe. This index determines the weight of constituent stocks by focusing on the disclosure status of environmental information and the level of carbon efficiency (carbon emissions per sales). The company is a constituent of this, with a deciile rating of "5", a second place in the insurance industry, and a disclosure status of "disclosure".

Dow Jones Sustainability Indices

In December 2022, the company was selected as a component of the Dow Jones Sustainability Asia Pacific Index, an ESG stock price index provided by S&P Dow Jones Indices, Inc.
In addition, the company was selected as a yearbook member of the "Sustainability Yearbook 2021" announced in February 2022.

CDP is a not-for-profit charity that runs the global disclosure system for investors, companies, cities, states and regions to manage their environmental impacts.
We have been selected as an "A-List" company for 2022 in recognition of our progressive approach to climate change and transparency of information disclosure.

We were selected as a Nadeshiko Brand company for two consecutive years in a joint decision by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Tokyo Stock Exchange from listed companies in each industry that have shown outstanding performance in promoting female workplace participation.
